Difficulty was an exchange

I received an order for four shirts. They seem to be a very good quality. However, they were too big and I needed to return them for smaller sizes. There was absolutely no information in the box that the shirts came in. I emailed your helpdesk to ask for the paperwork so I could exchange the shirts. I was directed Very quickly to a site to receive the return information.. I was unable to access that page. I emailed the helpdesk and again, got a quick reply of another way to access the return information. For some reason, I could not access that nor could a friend who is very computer savvy access that information. I emailed the helpdesk again and again got a quick reply that somebody would be reaching out to me. It did take several days for that to happen, but I was in contacted by a person named abby. She was very helpful and responded to my messages and and after a couple message exchanges facilitated the return for me, and I had to simply take the box to the post office. I had not filled out this review because I was waiting to see that the I received the refund on my credit card. I am hopeful that will happen very soon. Again, it was a bit of a hassle for me to obtain the reef return information. I’m assuming that it was just inadvertently left out my box and it would’ve been much easier for me. Had that information been provided in the package.
I will be pleased to get a 15% off and hopefully that will be easy to use when I re-order products.
