Make your return through our returns request portal. Please log in or create an account, and request your return. After requesting your return, we will email you the next steps.

Once this information is received, you can return your parcel to our warehouse. We will happily provide you with a full refund (excluding shipping costs) on all full priced items, as long as your return meets our requirements.
Once the warehouse has confirmed receipt of the returned item and has verified that the item is in its original, unused condition, your credit card will be issued a refund. Please be advised it may take between 24hrs & 10 business days for a refund to appear on your credit card statement once issued. We ask that you allow 14 business days for exchanges to be processed from the date we receieve it back in.

We strive for the best quality and hope you will never receive a faulty or damaged item. Understandably, no one is perfect so we will do our best to resolve the issue as soon as possible!
If you believe you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as you receive your order. We will happily guide you through the process of resolving the issue. Please do not ship back any items before you contact our customer service team, we want to make the process as easy as possible for you.
We ask that you contact the team via email with images of the damage so that we can resolve the issue as soon as possible for you and provide you with a replacement or refund.
